Abstract Guideline:

An abstract is an outline/brief summary of your paper and your whole project. Abstracts must include sufficient information for reviewers to judge the nature and significance of the topic, the adequacy of the investigative strategy, the nature of the results, and the conclusions. The abstract should summarize the substantive results of the work and not merely list topics to be discussed. It should have an intro, body, and conclusion. It is a well-developed paragraph, should be exact in wording, and must be understandable to a wide audience. Abstracts should be no more than 300 words, formatted in Microsoft Word, and single-spaced, using size 12 Times New Roman font.

Guideline for category “Oral Presentation”:

Authors can submit their abstract for oral presentation directly through the abstract submission link. While submitting, they have to select the appropriate category. The limit to the number of authors per abstract is 5. Students, as well as faculty, can be authors of an abstract. However, presenting author must be a student. The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission. The presenting author must be listed as the first author.
